Monday Night Music

Every Monday we clear a corner of the dining room and hand it to whoever is playing that week — mostly Santa Fe regulars, occasionally somebody passing through on their way to Taos. Kitchen runs the full menu until 8:30. No cover, no reservation. Bring somebody.

Local acoustic showcase in the dining room. No cover, no reservation, just pull up a chair.

    Annual Green Chile Roast

    Hatch chile, roasted in the parking lot on the big drum, sold by the bag while it lasts. We do a green chile cheeseburger special all day and the kids get free horchata. It is the best-smelling Saturday of the year and it always sells out by mid-afternoon.

    Thanksgiving Pre-Orders Open

    Let us handle the parts you do not enjoy. Whole roasted turkey, posole, green chile mac, calabacitas, pies from the Pantry kitchen — all by the pan, all ready for pick-up Thanksgiving morning. Order by November 20. Call (505) 365-2859 or ask any server.

    Harvest Wine Dinner

    One night, one long table, forty seats. Five courses out of the Dos kitchen paired with five New Mexico wines — Gruet, Vivác, and a couple of surprises. $95 per person, all in. Reservations by phone only.

    Second Saturday Breakfast Club

    Somebody started showing up early on Saturdays, then somebody else did, and now it is a thing. Coffee is on the house before 8 AM on the second Saturday of the month. No sign-up, no list. Just come early.

Dates move sometimes. Call the restaurant if you’re driving in for one of these.
