Michael and Lauren Singley opened Pantry Dos in 2019 — the second chapter of The Pantry, the diner that’s been Santa Fe’s meeting place since 1948. They grew up around the original counter on Cerrillos Road, and when it came time to build something of their own, they didn’t stray far from the recipe: good food, fast service, and a room where everybody’s a regular by their second visit.

Oshara Village gave them a second kitchen, not a different one. Same green chile, same laid-back pace, same open door. It’s still a family business run the way it always has been — fist-bumps, handshakes, and hugs, whether you’re here every week or just passing through.
